Stirring Stories, One Cocktail at a Time

At LPM Dubai, we’re introducing a new cocktail menu conceived as a vintage French editorial magazine. 

Déjà Vu is a reimagining of our iconic “Jean Cocteau: Recipes for Our Friends” — a fresh chapter of timeless pours inspired by the classics, each elevated with thoughtful garnishes and curated keepsakes that deepen the story behind every sip.

As you flip through each page, like you would a magazine, you’ll find these cocktails (and more).

Birkin

Perhaps the only fashionable cocktail you’ll ever have, this twist on the Americano is served with a custom French silk scarf on the stem. The cocktail’s radiant orange hue is a nod to Jane Birkin and the original Hermès Birkin, making it one of the quintessential sunset drinks in Dubai.

Crafted with luscious Charentais melon, Bacardi Cuatro Añejo, a delicate vermouth blend, and finished with a splash of light tonic, this stylish cocktail is refined and refreshing.

Douliou Douliou

Our exceptional mixologists have created a ritzy piña colada, concocted with Remy Martin VSOP, Mount Gay Rum, Telmont Réserve Brut Champagne, coconut, and pineapple. 

Garnished with an edible umbrella and served with a vintage Walkman that will play “Douliou Douliou St Tropez” (Raymond Lefevre and Genevieve Grad) from “Le Gendarme de St Tropez,” this is a cocktail that’ll take you back to the radiant, carefree charm and sun-soaked glamour of the Côte d’Azur.

Soleil

For G&T connoisseurs, our bar in Dubai has crafted a Fragonard-inspired cocktail. Soleil (naturally named after the iconic perfume) is a mix of specially curated LPM gin, made in collaboration with 44°N Gin, with sun-kissed notes of bergamot and mandarin. 

Served in a bespoke soda bottle and accompanied by a sample of the perfume itself, the light and citrusy LPM cocktail is a multisensory experience that takes you on an enchanting midday journey to the lush, sun-drenched fields of Grasse in full bloom.

Sip, Dream, Recall

Déjà Vu sets the tone when you’re having drinks at our LPM bar in Dubai. Every inspired cocktail is framed as a unique editorial story that draws from iconic moments in fashion, art, music and sport. All of which have shaped the glamour of the Côte d’Azur. 

From Brigitte Bardot making the bikini famous at the 1953 Cannes Film Festival to Graham “Mr Monaco” Hill’s world record for the most victories at the Monaco Formula 1, these cultural moments are highlighted in Déjà Vu.

Besides experiential design and cocktail craftsmanship, Déjà Vu also features retro elements, like horoscope pages and crosswords, that are reminiscent of a time when Brigitte Bardot and Grace Kelly spent their summers in the South of France. 

LPM Dubai will be the first to unveil this new cocktail collection, an exclusive debut before it graces the rest of the LPM restaurants in Autumn 2025.
